Installation

Professional installation is recommended to ensure full functionality. The steering wheel control (SWC) and illumination (ILL) wiring will need to be connected manually to enable automatic day/night mode and music skipping functionality.

Note: This system integrates seamlessly with your vehicle’s factory infotainment, providing Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality while maintaining the original features


International Compatibility
The U.S., EU, and other international versions of the audio system shown in the reference picture are compatible with this system.

The information above may not be entirely accurate, and "Series 1" or "Series 2" might not be the correct terms.

However, both are compatible; they just require different cable looms for each. Please also inform us whether your unit has the HDD function or not.







Whilst the audio will use the TV's audio source, via VTR Cable:

which provides AUX input for our products to use.

We don't stock this cable at the moment hence best to source it from your end.
































For Android Auto, It's recommended to NOT use the extension cable if you are using a wired Android Auto.



Refund, Warranty, and Replacement Policy:

Warranty: We provide a 12-month warranty for our products. To request a refund or warranty replacement,

please contact us within 7 days of receiving the system, including the reason for your request.


Replacement:

  • If a replacement is necessary, please return the product to us at the buyer's expense.
  • Upon receipt of the product, we will conduct testing and perform a firmware update if required. This process may take up to 1-2 days.
  • After confirming the update or replacement, we will dispatch the new system back to you at our cost.
  • We conduct pre-testing before dispatch to minimize issues.
