How to Test Compatibility
Before purchasing, test your LCD display using a plastic pen or a similar object like a key knob. If the screen does not respond to plastic objects,

it is a capacitive touch panel and compatible with our system. Screens that respond to other materials (resistive touch) are currently out of stock.

Additional Information

  • Some Renault Megane models from 2012 onwards may have R-Link 2 systems; however, our data is based on Australian Renault models.
  • Note: The system is compatible as long as the car has R-Link 2 without an SD card slot next to the screen.

Installation
Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper functionality and seamless integration with your R-Link 2 system.

Warranty: We provide a 12-month warranty for our products. To request a refund or warranty replacement,

please contact us within 7 days of receiving the system, including the reason for your request.


Replacement:

  • If a replacement is necessary, please return the product to us at the buyer's expense.
  • Upon receipt of the product, we will conduct testing and perform a firmware update if required. This process may take up to 1-2 days.
  • After confirming the update or replacement, we will dispatch the new system back to you at our cost.
  • We conduct pre-testing before dispatch to minimize issues.
