Tell us about any existing aftermarket interface, previous modifications and whether the vehicle is an import. Year and model alone do not confirm the correct package.

The package uses dedicated navigation mapping displayed through your original screen. Map detail and available features depend on the installed software, region and licensed map edition.

Street navigation: the source package specifies iGO Primo / iGO street mapping. Confirm the included Australia / New Zealand coverage and current map edition when ordering.

Offline route guidance uses the installed maps and a GPS signal. It does not provide live traffic or automatic online updates unless a separate supported service is specified. Always follow current road signs and conditions.

Ongoing map updates can be arranged through Naviplus when compatible releases are available. Contact us with your installed navigation version and mapping details to confirm the appropriate update.

• Map releases and coverage depend on the mapping provider and supported platform.
• Update method, licence requirements and any charges are confirmed before proceeding.
• Street-map updates and optional offroad-map updates are managed separately.

Free lifetime updates, a fixed release schedule and automatic updates are not included unless expressly stated in your quotation.

Choose an appropriate offroad option for your travel requirements:

• OziExplorer: topographic mapping option, subject to the compatible software and selected map coverage.
• HEMA: licensed offroad-map option. Confirm the supplied licence, region and edition when ordering.

A compatible front-camera option can be discussed separately. The original installation reference uses a press-and-hold of the steering-wheel voice-recognition button from navigation mode, with a temporary front view after reversing.

The original reference describes up to 15 seconds of front view after reversing and returning to Park. Confirm the supplied interface, trigger and timing for your installation. A front camera is not included unless selected.

12-month product warranty. Contact Naviplus with the fault details before returning equipment. We assess the returned system and carry out an update or replacement where appropriate. Warranty coverage is additional to applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns depend on the product condition, installation status and the agreed return period. Contact us before returning any equipment to confirm approval and applicable costs. Shipping and installation labour are not included in change-of-mind product refunds.

These terms do not exclude applicable rights or remedies under Australian Consumer Law.
