Tell us about any existing factory camera, aftermarket camera, surround-view equipment or previous modifications so the correct package can be confirmed.

The interface provides access to a connected external camera alongside the factory reversing camera. When Reverse is selected, choose the appropriate rear view for the manoeuvre.

A camera mounted behind your caravan shows the area behind the caravan; an internal float camera serves a different purpose. Confirm the camera location, switching method and available viewing modes when arranging installation.

Do not assume continuous viewing while driving or any particular button sequence. Available operation is confirmed for the selected interface and vehicle.

A compatible aftermarket front camera can be connected through the additional camera input. The front camera, mounting hardware and extra installation work are optional unless expressly included.

Confirm the required front-view activation method and any timing settings with Naviplus.

RAM DS 8.4-inch listing: supports external NTSC and PAL camera formats. Send the camera make, model, video format and connector details before reusing an existing caravan camera.

A matching plug alone does not confirm compatibility. Camera power, signal format, wiring and any adapters must suit the chosen interface.

Optional camera pack: a heavy-duty NTSC camera and WOZA trailer cable kit is available if you do not have a suitable setup.

We provide a 12-month product warranty. Contact us promptly with order details and a description of the issue before returning a product.

Returned products are assessed and tested. Firmware work may be performed where appropriate; testing generally takes 1–2 days after receipt, subject to the fault. For an approved warranty replacement, we cover dispatch of the replacement system back to you.

This warranty is additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The change-of-mind conditions below do not limit those rights.

For requests on days 8–13, contact us to confirm conditions before return. Change-of-mind return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Products may be checked for installation, use and stored vehicle data. Shipping, installation labour and related costs are excluded from change-of-mind refunds. These conditions do not restrict applicable consumer guarantees.
