Newer Mercedes-Benz models lack an AUX input for sound integration, so our product utilizes an AUX-to-USB adapter to connect via the USB port.

This setup may introduce a slight sound delay and cause echo during phone calls in CarPlay or Android Auto mode.

To prevent echo during calls, you can use the original Bluetooth connection.

However, when making a call, you'll need to manually switch the Bluetooth source on your phone from CarPlay/Android Auto to Mercedes-Benz Bluetooth.

Alternatively, using a wired connection for CarPlay and Android Auto eliminates this issue, as phone calls are managed directly by the phone without any confusion from wireless connectivity
