Installation Notes & Requirements

Confirm your LS has the 12.3″ factory screen version (check size or part number)
Original Lexus control knob must be intact and functioning
Wired connection: use MFi-certified Lightning cable for iPhone to ensure stable CarPlay connection
Android device: use quality USB data cable
After installation, verify CarPlay/Android Auto activates and the factory system menus remain unaffected

Important Warning
Using non-certified data cables or low-quality USB adapters may result in intermittent CarPlay/Android Auto disconnections. For reliable performance, always use high-quality, shielded data cables.

Please Note:

This item can be installed on 2013 to 2014 models with a wide 10.2-inch display,

but you won't get a full CarPlay & Android Auto screen as the audio system doesn't support the split display option.

This makes controlling the system tricky and not recommended unless you can adapt to it

Refund, Warranty, and Replacement Policy:

Warranty: We provide a 12-month warranty for our products. To request a refund or warranty replacement,

please contact us within 7 days of receiving the system, including the reason for your request.

Replacement:

If a replacement is necessary, please return the product to us at the buyer's expense.
Upon receipt of the product, we will conduct testing and perform a firmware update if required. This process may take up to 1-2 days.
After confirming the update or replacement, we will dispatch the new system back to you at our cost.
We conduct pre-testing before dispatch to minimize issues.
