Tell us about previous screen or headunit upgrades, existing aftermarket interfaces and camera modifications. Trim level and year alone are not enough to select the correct kit.

Access compatible apps such as Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze, Spotify and Apple Music through the supported smartphone interface.

Use supported voice-assisted calling and messaging functions through your phone. App availability, subscriptions and mobile data requirements depend on the phone and service provider.

The integration uses your phone’s navigation apps; this package is not a standalone offline GPS map system.

Music: pair your phone with the original Ford SYNC 2 Bluetooth system and select the appropriate Bluetooth media source. The integration uses this factory audio path for smartphone sound.

Calls: calls routed through the factory SYNC hands-free system use the existing factory microphone. Microphone routing for interface voice commands is confirmed during installation.

The final Bluetooth pairing, audio source and supported controls are checked for your vehicle and phone after installation.

Switch between the original SYNC 2 interface and Apple CarPlay / Android Auto using the supported factory button action.

• OK / SOUND: a press-and-hold may be used where the relevant button is fitted and supported by the configured interface.

The active shortcut depends on your vehicle’s buttons and the installed configuration. The installer demonstrates the correct switching action at handover.

The package supports wired and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto with compatible phones. The installed USB connection and wireless pairing are demonstrated after fitting.

Available features depend on the phone, compatible apps and the selected connection method. Confirm your phone model when booking.

Final checks include touchscreen operation, wired / wireless connection, Bluetooth audio, supported controls and return to the original SYNC 2 interface. Any existing camera equipment is discussed before fitting.

We provide a 12-month product warranty. Contact us promptly with order details and a description of the issue before returning a product.

Returned products are assessed and tested. Firmware work may be performed where appropriate; testing generally takes 1–2 days after receipt, subject to the fault. For an approved warranty replacement, we cover dispatch of the replacement system back to you.

This warranty is additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The change-of-mind conditions below do not limit those rights.

For requests on days 8–13, contact us to confirm conditions before return. Change-of-mind return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Products may be checked for installation, use and stored vehicle data. Shipping, installation labour and related costs are excluded from change-of-mind refunds. These conditions do not restrict applicable consumer guarantees.
