Tell us whether factory Bluetooth media playback and Bluetooth hands-free calling are currently fitted, and advise any existing aftermarket interfaces or camera modifications.

Use compatible apps such as Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze and Spotify through Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, subject to your phone, app availability and the selected connection.

Voice-assisted calling, supported messaging and navigation reduce the need to handle your phone. App operation, mobile data requirements and subscriptions are managed by the relevant phone and app providers.

The system displays the supported smartphone interface through the existing factory display. Screen size, viewing area and control method remain dependent on the original Ferrari hardware.

Music: use the vehicle’s factory Bluetooth media mode where equipped and supported by the installation. Pair the phone with the original Ferrari Bluetooth system and select the appropriate media source.

Phone calls: calls routed through the factory Bluetooth hands-free system use the existing factory microphone. Microphone routing for interface voice commands is confirmed separately for your vehicle.

Final sound routing and any additional audio connection are confirmed for your vehicle before installation.

The system uses supported factory controls, with final operation checked after installation. Functions such as track selection, calls and voice control depend on the original equipment and the paired phone.

The mode-switching action is confirmed for your vehicle at installation. A specific button sequence is not assumed from another Ferrari model.

The phone must support the chosen connection method. Compatible apps and available functions depend on the phone and installed software.

We provide a 12-month product warranty. Contact us promptly with order details and a description of the issue before returning a product.

Returned products are assessed and tested. Firmware work may be performed where appropriate; testing generally takes 1–2 days after receipt, subject to the fault. For an approved warranty replacement, we cover dispatch of the replacement system back to you.

This warranty is additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The change-of-mind conditions below do not limit those rights.

For requests on days 8–13, contact us to confirm conditions before return. Change-of-mind return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Products may be checked for installation, use and stored vehicle data. Shipping, installation labour and related costs are excluded from change-of-mind refunds. These conditions do not restrict applicable consumer guarantees.
