Bluetooth Audio: use the original vehicle Bluetooth Audio / Media source for supported sound routing.

AUX: AUX audio routing is also available with the correct installation connection. Select AUX on the original system when this route is configured.

The installer configures and checks the appropriate route. Calls routed through the factory hands-free Bluetooth connection use the original hands-free system and its microphone.

Calls can be handled through the factory Bluetooth hands-free connection and original microphone. Interface voice-command microphone routing is confirmed for the selected package during installation.

Confirm the factory control used for screen switching at installation. The supplied steering-control reference is from a related UConnect installation.

Use the original touchscreen within the integration display. Return to the factory interface to access original vehicle functions.

The standard listing provides wired smartphone integration. Wireless Apple CarPlay / Android Auto is an optional add-on; select it when ordering if required.

Use a compatible phone and enable the required app permissions. Available apps, mobile-data use and subscription requirements depend on your phone and app provider.

We provide a 12-month product warranty. Contact us promptly with order details and a description of the issue before returning a product.

Returned products are assessed and tested. Firmware work may be performed where appropriate; testing generally takes 1–2 days after receipt, subject to the fault. For an approved warranty replacement, we cover dispatch of the replacement system back to you.

This warranty is additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The change-of-mind conditions below do not limit those rights.

For requests on days 8–13, contact us to confirm conditions before return. Change-of-mind return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Products may be checked for installation, use and stored vehicle data. Shipping, installation labour and related costs are excluded from change-of-mind refunds. These conditions do not restrict applicable consumer guarantees.
