Select the correct variant for CIC-equipped or non-iDrive vehicles. For a non-iDrive vehicle, operation relies on the new touchscreen; an iDrive controller is not implied.

• Confirm original screen connection, audio input and any previous retrofits.
• Confirm selected screen size, mounting bracket and harness before dispatch.

Some original package lists use generic 12.3-inch wording on other size products. This page uses the selected product variant; confirm supplied panel dimensions before dispatch.

Audio must connect to a working input on the original BMW system. Confirm AUX availability, any required activation and the correct audio adapter before ordering. Wireless phone pairing does not replace the connection to the factory audio system.

Confirm the supplied microphone arrangement and call / voice-assistant operation. Factory microphone retention and factory Bluetooth music routing are not established consistently in these listings; check them for the selected hardware.

Touch operation is available through the new screen. Confirm iDrive-controller behaviour in CarPlay, Android Auto and the Android interface for the supplied software version.

Where the original iDrive controller is fitted and supported, confirm its retained functions. Vehicles without iDrive rely on the touchscreen; no controller retrofit is implied.

Confirm wired and wireless connection modes separately for CarPlay and Android Auto, your phone and the supplied version. Older common graphics may show different connection instructions; follow the current unit instructions.

Compatible Android apps may require internet access, accounts or subscriptions. Offline maps depend on the chosen app. Confirm switching between the Android display and original BMW menu during installation.

Retention of vehicle menus, cameras, parking sensors and steering-wheel functions depends on the original equipment and selected package. Existing factory faults need separate diagnosis.

Professional installation is recommended. Verify fascia, connectors, original menus, media audio, calls and camera switching before completing the installation. Camera accessories are included only when specified in the selected package.

We provide a 12-month product warranty and pre-test systems before dispatch. Contact Naviplus promptly if you experience a problem, and before returning a product.

Returned systems are tested and may receive a firmware update if required. Testing normally takes 1–2 days after receipt. Once repair or replacement is confirmed, we dispatch the system back at our cost. Return shipping arrangements for faulty goods are subject to applicable consumer rights.

This warranty is additional to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. The change-of-mind notification period does not limit warranty claims or applicable consumer guarantees.

Contact us within seven days of receipt with your reason for requesting a change-of-mind return. Conditions depend on product condition. For days 8–13, contact us to confirm the applicable terms.

Returned products are tested to assess condition and use, including stored vehicle data where applicable. Change-of-mind refunds are based on the product price and exclude shipping, installation labour and related costs. These terms do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
