Use compatible phone apps for maps, music, calls and messaging through the new touchscreen. Phone compatibility and available functions depend on the phone, software and supplied display version.

Confirm wired and wireless modes separately for CarPlay and Android Auto when selecting the package. Connection graphics on the original listings show different hardware generations; wireless capability must match the supplied unit.

Confirm retained iDrive-controller and steering-wheel functions during installation. Touch operation is available through the replacement screen.

Audio from the Android display must be routed to a working input on the original BMW audio system. Confirm the supported audio path, AUX availability and any required activation or adapter before ordering.

Factory Bluetooth audio routing, microphone retention and voice-assistant operation must be checked for the selected display version. Wireless smartphone pairing alone does not establish how sound reaches the factory speakers.

During installation, test navigation prompts, music, calls and microphone quality in both the original BMW system and the new display.

The Android interface supports compatible apps independently of CarPlay / Android Auto. Online services require internet access; app accounts, subscriptions and offline-map availability depend on the app.

The original NBT headunit remains installed. Confirm access to the BMW menu and retention of vehicle settings, existing cameras, PDC display and steering-wheel controls for your exact vehicle. Camera accessories are supplied only when specified in the selected package.

Professional installation is recommended for correct fascia fitment, LVDS connection, audio routing and configuration. Complete testing of original BMW menus, touchscreen, phone connection, audio and camera switching before refitting the dashboard.

The source video is an installation / operation reference and may show another screen size, vehicle or software version.

We provide a 12-month product warranty and pre-test systems before dispatch. Contact Naviplus promptly if you experience a problem, and before returning a product.

Returned systems are tested and may receive a firmware update if required. Testing normally takes 1–2 days after receipt. Once repair or replacement is confirmed, we dispatch the system back at our cost. Return shipping arrangements for faulty goods are subject to applicable consumer rights.

This warranty is additional to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. The change-of-mind notification period does not limit warranty claims or applicable consumer guarantees.

Contact us within seven days of receipt with your reason for requesting a change-of-mind return. Conditions depend on product condition. For days 8–13, contact us to confirm the applicable terms.

Returned products are tested to assess condition and use, including stored vehicle data where applicable. Change-of-mind refunds are based on the product price and exclude shipping, installation labour and related costs. These terms do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
