For Audi Q7 4M models from 2015 onwards with a compatible MIB infotainment system. Model year alone does not confirm compatibility.

Send your VIN, build year, screen and software version photos, and details of existing reverse or surround-view cameras. Earlier Q7 4L vehicles are not covered by this listing.

Press the configured switching control to select the towing camera view. Press it again to return to the previous factory display or vehicle reverse camera view, as shown in the installation reference.

When reverse is selected, the switching arrangement allows selection between the factory-fitted reversing camera, where equipped, and the connected external camera. Confirm your vehicle’s exact operation before ordering.

An external toggle button is used for camera selection. The original product reference specifies an SPST round rocker switch. Use of the original driving mode button is an alternative that must be confirmed for your installation.

Professional installation is recommended for interface wiring, camera connection, switching control installation and cable routing. Confirm the existing camera video format, connectors, power supply and cable condition before connecting your equipment.

For horse float use, a compatible camera may be positioned inside the float. Final functionality depends on the selected camera and installation.

If you do not have a compatible camera and trailer cable, ask about the heavy-duty NTSC camera and WOZA trailer cable pack. This is an optional item; confirm whether it is included in your selected order.

We provide a 12-month product warranty and pre-test systems before dispatch. Contact Naviplus promptly if you experience a problem, and before returning a product.

Returned systems are tested and may receive a firmware update if required. Testing normally takes 1–2 days after receipt. Once repair or replacement is confirmed, we dispatch the system back at our cost. Return shipping arrangements for faulty goods are subject to applicable consumer rights.

This warranty is additional to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. The change-of-mind notification period does not limit warranty claims or applicable consumer guarantees.

Contact us within seven days of receipt with your reason for requesting a change-of-mind return. Conditions depend on product condition. For days 8–13, contact us to confirm the applicable terms.

Returned products are tested to assess condition and use, including stored vehicle data where applicable. Change-of-mind refunds are based on the product price and exclude shipping, installation labour and related costs. These terms do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
