View a compatible caravan, trailer or horse-float camera on the original Audi Q7 4L MMI screen. This interface integrates an external camera with your factory display, helping you monitor the area behind your trailer or view inside a horse float, depending on camera placement.

Kit Components & Switching

• The listed integration kit includes a video interface and wiring harness sets.
• An external toggle button, such as an SPST round rocker switch, is required. Confirm whether the switch is supplied with your order.
• Camera selection is controlled by the external switch. Confirm the switching arrangement for vehicles with an existing factory reversing camera.
• Confirm camera video format, connectors, power requirements and cable compatibility before connecting an existing camera.

Optional Camera & Trailer Cable

A caravan/towing camera and heavy-duty WOZA trailer cable kit is an optional item for customers who do not already have a compatible camera system. Confirm the required camera, cable length and trailer connections with Naviplus. These optional items are not listed as part of the standard interface kit.

• Professional installation is recommended for secure wiring, suitable camera positioning and correct switching.
• Route and secure trailer wiring and detachable connections to suit your towing setup.
• Confirm whether you require a view behind the caravan, inside a horse float, or another camera position.
• Confirm manual viewing and reverse-triggered behaviour with your installer.
• The camera is a viewing aid. Always check your surroundings when towing or reversing.

Warranty & Replacement

We provide a 12-month product warranty and pre-test products before dispatch. Contact us promptly if you experience a fault. The seven-day change-of-mind notification period below does not limit warranty claims or applicable consumer rights.

Contact us before returning the product. Returned systems are inspected and tested, with a firmware update performed if required. Assessment normally takes 1–2 days after receipt. Once a repair or replacement is confirmed, we dispatch the product back at our cost. Return shipping arrangements for faulty goods are subject to applicable consumer rights.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Contact us within seven days of receipt with your reason for requesting a change-of-mind return. Restocking fees depend on condition. For days 8–13, contact us to confirm the applicable terms.

Returned systems are inspected and tested to assess condition and use, including stored vehicle data where applicable. Change-of-mind refunds are based on the product price and exclude shipping, installation labour and related costs. These terms do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
