Audi Q5 Apple CarPlay & Android Auto Integration

Add Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to your compatible Audi Q5 while retaining the original factory display and MMI controls. This integration kit is available in different configurations for HNAV 3G MMI High and HN+ 3G MMI Plus systems.

Smartphone Features & Factory Controls

Use supported original MMI dial and button functions to navigate CarPlay or Android Auto on the factory screen. The original Audi interface remains available.

Switch Between Audi MMI and Smartphone Integration

Press and hold NAV or MEDIA to switch between the original Audi interface and CarPlay / Android Auto. Use the button specified for your fitted control panel and supplied kit.

MMI Dial & Track Controls

Operate supported smartphone functions using the original MMI dial and buttons. Track-control operation varies with the fitted control panel. This package provides dial operation; a touchscreen overlay is not included.

Audio Connection & Factory Microphone

The system uses factory Bluetooth media audio where supported and retains the factory microphone for phone calls and voice commands. Confirm that Bluetooth media playback is available in your vehicle and follow the supplied pairing instructions.

If factory Bluetooth Audio is unavailable or has an issue, a suitable AUX connection can be used as a backup where supported. Confirm the audio route and any required AUX configuration before ordering.

Phone Connection & Configuration

Use the integration kit’s supplied phone connection as shown in the installation guide. Confirm wired and wireless CarPlay / Android Auto availability for your selected package and phone before ordering.

Installation & Setup

The kit includes an installation guide and the relevant integration hardware for the selected factory system. Follow the supplied instructions and confirm the correct module and wiring before installation. Professional fitting is recommended if you are unfamiliar with Audi infotainment wiring.

Optional Smartphone Mirroring

The original listing includes a separate smartphone-mirroring feature alongside CarPlay and Android Auto. Availability depends on the selected kit, phone, operating system and app. Confirm support for your device before purchase; some apps and protected content cannot be mirrored.

Use CarPlay or Android Auto for supported navigation apps. Any entertainment or video use should be limited to when the vehicle is safely parked.

Payment Information

Warranty & Product Support

We provide a 12-month product warranty. Systems are pre-tested before dispatch. Contact Naviplus with your order details, vehicle information and a description or video of any problem.

Contact us before returning the system for instructions. Testing and any required firmware update typically take 1–2 days after receipt. Once an update or replacement is confirmed, we dispatch the system back at our cost. If a product fault is confirmed and Australian Consumer Law applies, reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed; keep your receipt.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are additional to the product warranty. The warranty, installation instructions and change-of-mind policy do not exclude or restrict those rights. Faulty-product claims are not limited to seven days.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Contact Naviplus within 7 days of receiving the system for a change-of-mind request and return instructions. The following supplied policy applies to change-of-mind returns, subject to your Australian Consumer Law rights.

For days 8–13, contact Naviplus to confirm the applicable conditions. Returned systems are inspected and tested for use, including stored vehicle data. Change-of-mind refunds apply to the product price; shipping, installation labour and related costs are excluded. These fees and exclusions do not limit remedies for faulty products under Australian Consumer Law.
