The NaviPlus® OEM Grade Replacement Camera (ORC) is an aftermarket rear camera designed to replace the boot handle on selected Audi vehicles, providing rear visibility with a factory-style appearance.

Warranty & Replacement

We provide a 12-month product warranty and pre-test products before dispatch. Contact us promptly if you experience a fault. The seven-day change-of-mind notification period below does not limit warranty claims or applicable consumer rights.

Contact us before returning the product. Returned cameras are inspected and tested. Assessment normally takes 1–2 days after receipt. Once a repair or replacement is confirmed, we dispatch the product back at our cost. Return shipping arrangements for faulty goods are subject to applicable consumer rights.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Contact us within seven days of receipt with your reason for requesting a change-of-mind return. Restocking fees depend on condition. For days 8–13, contact us to confirm the applicable terms.

Returned cameras are inspected and tested to assess condition and use. Change-of-mind refunds are based on the product price and exclude shipping, installation labour and related costs. These terms do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
