Touch operation applies to the supported integration interface. Touch support for the original Audi menus is not specified in this listing.

• Use the existing NAV button to switch between the factory interface and Apple CarPlay / Android Auto, following the supplied operating instructions.
• The supplied instructions specify a press-and-hold action for interface switching and the assigned Siri function.
• Once the integration interface is displayed, operate supported apps and functions using the touch overlay.
• MMI rotary dial operation is not supported within Apple CarPlay or Android Auto on this product.

Confirm screen-switching and voice-assistant button assignments during installation.

The supplied audio reference specifies an external audio input such as AUX. Select the appropriate factory audio source to hear media and navigation from the integration module.

Please confirm the correct connection for your 2G MMI system and any required AUX retrofit hardware or activation work before installation.

For a wired smartphone connection, use a compatible data cable suitable for your phone. Change the cable when required for a different phone connector.

Phone-specific connection cables are not included.

The package includes an installation guide and relevant integration hardware. The supplied component diagram is a shared touch-kit reference. Confirm the A6-specific harness, chosen panel and exact kit contents before ordering.

Professional installation is recommended for accurate overlay alignment, correct connections, secure cable routing and a clean factory-style finish.

Installation requirements depend on the fitted display, MMI system and audio input availability. Confirm any retrofit or activation work before booking installation.

The product includes a 12-month warranty. Please contact Naviplus promptly if you experience an issue and provide your order details and a description of the fault.

• Products are tested before dispatch.
• Returned units are assessed and updated where required. Testing and firmware work normally take 1–2 days after receipt.
• Once a repair or replacement is confirmed, the unit is dispatched back at Naviplus’s cost.
• Contact Naviplus for return instructions and applicable shipping arrangements before sending a unit back.

Please contact Naviplus within 7 days of receiving the product if you wish to request a change-of-mind return. Acceptance and fees depend on the product’s condition and time elapsed.

Returned units may be tested for prior use, including stored vehicle data. Change-of-mind refunds apply to the product price; shipping, installation labour and related costs are excluded.
