• AMI port required for this system’s music streaming audio connection.

BNav / 3G MMI Basic: contact us before purchase. These systems use a different screen size and should not be assumed compatible with this package.

AUX Audio & AMI Connection

Sound from the Android display, CarPlay and Android Auto is played through the original Audi audio system using AUX mode. Wireless smartphone connectivity does not replace the required AUX audio connection.

• Confirm that your vehicle has the required AMI port.
• Confirm the compatible AMI-to-AUX connection and any required adapter with Naviplus before ordering.
• Select AUX as the audio source in the factory MMI when using the upgraded display for audio.

Send a photo of your AMI port together with your MMI screen and software version so we can check the correct setup. A USB charging socket alone does not confirm AMI compatibility.

Warranty & Replacement

We provide a 12-month product warranty and pre-test systems before dispatch. Contact us promptly if you experience a problem. The seven-day change-of-mind notification period below does not limit warranty claims or applicable consumer rights.

Contact us before returning a system. Returned units are tested and may receive a firmware update, normally taking 1–2 days after receipt. Once the repair or replacement is confirmed, we dispatch the system back at our cost. Return shipping arrangements for faulty goods are subject to applicable consumer rights.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Contact us within seven days of receipt with your reason for requesting a change-of-mind return. The following restocking conditions depend on product condition. For days 8–13, please contact us to confirm the applicable terms.

Returned products are tested to assess their condition and use, including stored vehicle data. Change-of-mind refunds are based on the product price and exclude shipping, installation labour and related costs. These change-of-mind terms do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
