Upgrade your compatible Audi A1 with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto while retaining the original factory display and factory radio dial controls. This package adds smartphone integration through an additional integration module.

Switch Between Audi MMI and CarPlay / Android Auto

Use the supplied A1 switching instructions to change between the original Audi interface and CarPlay / Android Auto. The switching reference below shows the procedure; confirm the correct button and hold duration for your fitted radio and kit.

This is the MMI dial integration package. A touchscreen overlay is not included.

Audio Connection & Factory Microphone

Uses the factory microphone for phone calls and voice commands. Factory Bluetooth Audio is the primary sound route where supported. Follow the supplied Bluetooth pairing and audio setup instructions.

If factory Bluetooth Audio is unavailable or has an issue, AUX can be used as a backup where supported. Confirm any required AUX configuration before ordering.

Phone Connection & System Setup

Use the integration kit’s supplied phone connection and follow the installation guide. Find the software version in the factory setup menu and send us a clear photo. Select hardware matching your actual fitted system.

Optional Smartphone Mirroring

The original listing includes a separate mirroring feature alongside CarPlay and Android Auto. Support depends on the kit, phone, operating system and app. Confirm device support before ordering; some apps and protected content cannot be mirrored.

Use CarPlay or Android Auto for supported navigation apps. Entertainment or video use should be limited to when the vehicle is safely parked.

Installation & Package Components

The selected package includes the relevant integration hardware and installation guide. Confirm the module and harness configuration before fitting. Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with Audi infotainment wiring.

Payment Information

Warranty & Product Support

We provide a 12-month product warranty. Systems are pre-tested before dispatch. Contact Naviplus with your order details, vehicle information and a description or video of any problem.

Contact us before returning the system for instructions. Testing and any required firmware update typically take 1–2 days after receipt. Once an update or replacement is confirmed, we dispatch the system back at our cost. If a product fault is confirmed and Australian Consumer Law applies, reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed; keep your receipt.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are additional to the product warranty. The warranty, installation instructions and change-of-mind policy do not exclude or restrict those rights. Faulty-product claims are not limited to seven days.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Contact Naviplus within 7 days of receiving the system for a change-of-mind request and return instructions. The following supplied policy applies to change-of-mind returns, subject to your Australian Consumer Law rights.

For days 8–13, contact Naviplus to confirm the applicable conditions. Returned systems are inspected and tested for use, including stored vehicle data. Change-of-mind refunds apply to the product price; shipping, installation labour and related costs are excluded. These fees and exclusions do not limit remedies for faulty products under Australian Consumer Law.
