For LEXUS RX AL10 (3rd Gen, 2008 MY09 to 2012 models)

Product Overview:
This integration brings Apple CarPlay & Android Auto functionality to LEXUS RX AL10 (3rd Gen) models from 2008 (MY09) to 2012, integrating seamlessly with the existing audio user interface (UI menu).

Key Features:

AUX Mode for Sounds: Uses AUX mode for system sounds, not Bluetooth media.
Automatic Day/Night Mode: Adjusts screen brightness for optimal visibility.
Reliable Wireless Connectivity: Fast booting and stable wireless connections.

Comes with a dedicated control pad.

Certain RX models will need this dial pad (as the original control pad isn't compatible with our product) to provide control input within CarPlay/Android Auto.

When you are in the Lexus infotainment screen, you can still use the original control pad.

For Android Auto, It's recommended to NOT use the extension cable if you are using a wired Android Auto.

Refund, Warranty, and Replacement Policy:

Warranty: We provide a 12-month warranty for our products. To request a refund or warranty replacement,

please contact us within 7 days of receiving the system, including the reason for your request.

Replacement:

If a replacement is necessary, please return the product to us at the buyer's expense.
Upon receipt of the product, we will conduct testing and perform a firmware update if required. This process may take up to 1-2 days.
After confirming the update or replacement, we will dispatch the new system back to you at our cost.
We conduct pre-testing before dispatch to minimize issues.

Additional Notes:

Upon receiving the returned product, we will test it to determine if it has been used by checking for stored car data signals.
Refunds are based strictly on the product price; we do not provide refunds for shipping, installation labor, or other related costs.
